Generation 3 Rinse & Chill™ System

Rinse & Chill Generation IIIThe Generation 3 Rinse & Chill equipment is the most stable and capable Rinse & Chill technology ever developed. It offers superior levels of sensitivity and flexibility, and interlocks for sanitary application resulting in highly consistent and controllable results. Generation 3 systems feature MPSC's highly acclaimed and patented radio frequency identification (RFID) process control and data recognition, and multiple redundancies – virtually eliminating error at enhanced production rates. This system meets and exceeds the demands of today's modern production environment.

The Rinse & Chill service has undergone rigorous research and development over the past 15 years. Much of this work was private, but some published research occurred at Michigan State University, the University of Minnesota, and Kansas State University. Other important research and modifications came about via Australian and other foreign operations, and several earlier USDA pilot programs. Design and operational parameters have changed and advanced considerably since its inception. Rinse & Chill is currently in its third generation design. Over 1,000,000 cattle have now been successfully rinsed and commercialized, representing an estimated four hundred million meals served.
